Eat lots of protein, is bad for health?

The high protein diet body-Bulder not reputable. Scientists advise to eat 3 times protein than carbohydrates. Yet prehistoric men and some researchers question this balanced diet!

Our current diet gives a large place for cereals and dairy products. These products have become abundant since man became a farmer at the beginning of the Neolithic, there are only 10 000 years. It was only last century that too many sugary foods have entered into our menus. When Napoleon instituted the blockade of British goods on the continent, they had to replace the coming sugarcane British colonies.
